Joe is a local product of San Diego. He was born and raised in the coastal community of Cardiff-By-The-Sea, a hamlet of Encinitas.
He has been working in the construction industry since 1999. Anxious to start his career, 'Joe the contractor' got hired on with a local builder that specialized in custom remodels. Joe decided to set new standards in the construction industry.This level of excellence comes from his eye for quality finish work.
Joe learned every trade sequentially, from tiling, to concrete, to framing. He often times decided to do all his own work just to maintain his level of quality. He rapidly became a licensed contractor.
Returning to his home town of Encinitas in 2005, Joe started working to further his own company, Hauser Houses. Hauser Houses grew into the current form, SD Custom Construction Inc., in 2009.
