Jim is a tax practitioner
with an Enrolled Agent (EA) certification. As an Enrolled Agent, he is
federally-authorized by the U.S. Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers
before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for audits,
collections, and appeals. Only Enrolled Agents, attorneys, and CPAs may
represent taxpayers before IRS.

About Jim
Jim started his tax practice in 2007. His tax office is conveniently located
on Encinitas Blvd. near Interstate 5. He is a member of the Board of Directors
for the Palomar Chapter of the California Society of Enrolled Agents.
Prior to Jim's current tax practitioner career, he successfully pursued
his academic career (medical research and student teaching at the University
of California, San Diego); his corporate career (biotech research and
development for a San Diego biotech company), and his entrepreneur career
(online information service for the pharmaceutical and medical device
industry). He has a PhD degree in Physiology and an MBA degree from UCLA.
