As a club our goal is to help expand each member’s business through the weekly exchange of qualified referrals.

Wow! What a great meeting! I have to say, I am so impressed with everyone’s generosity with respect to donating your time! It just confirms how great this group is – I am very proud to know each one of you & to be a part of it.

Okay – here’s the topic for our next meeting on May 7th:

How many of us have ever created a customer satisfaction card… You know... the kind that has information for your customers to rate your overall service? For those of you, who have printed some up; please bring it with you on Wednesday. This takes some gumption – knowing that we could run into some reality checks & some (hopefully) constructive criticism. It’s definitely a potential can of worms, but ones that can only improve our services.
