The Encinitas Business Exchange (EBX) is a group of business owners and managers dedicated and committed to improving their businesses through the exchange of both personal and professional referrals. As a club, our goal is to help expand each member’s business though the weekly exchange of qualified referrals.

The EBX meets every Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. at Casa Di Bandini at 1901 Calle Barcelona at The Forum in Carlsbad for breakfast and to discuss a topic that makes everyone’s business more productive. In addition, one member each week is afforded the opportunity to speak for 20 minutes about their company.

Our members build productive relationships with each other which in turn leads to trust and an abundance of qualified referrals which is why the EBX has been going strong since 1990. On average, there are about 35 referrals given each and every week.
